Education, a formerly respected and trusted institution, has devolved into a political wing of the Democratic party under willing surrogates, the Teachers' Unions and School Board Associationns. Today actual education has taken second place to political indoctrination and LGBT sexual grooming. Anything the Liberal Left wants, regardless of how scientifically flawed, unsupported by evidence, or harmful to children, is supported by the Unions and Associations without question.

HERE ARE THE ISSUES STRAIGHT-UP

• Social Engineering and LGBT activists are wrong, and the activists know they are wrong. They conceal, deceive, twist, artfully misrepresent and lie about what they're doing. They know their actions will not stand the scrutiny of sound evaluation or scientific evidence. They know their initiatives don't stand a chance with the truth test.
• Social Engineering and LGBT activists have an agenda, and they don't care what the facts are. They simply want what they want, no questions asked.
• LGBT activists are disingenuous about their true goals. They claim they just want the same rights as everyone else ^[43]. In reality, they rabidly pursue sexualization of children - incessantly indoctrinating and grooming children with age inappropriate information - and specifically steered into an LGBT lifestyle. Not to mention ultimate goals like embracing pedophilia and eliminating the age of consent altogether ^{[35], [36], [37], [38], [39], [40], [41], [42]}.
• LGBT activists don't mind trampling on the rights of others in the pursuit of their sexual goals
  • Co-opting the word "marriage", bastardizing the word in an attempt to legitimize their sexual lifestyle ^[51] - as opposed to respecting the mellenia-old definition - and introducing another term for LGBT relationships such as cohabitating, free union, coexistence, partners, or whatever...
  • Unilaterally and covertly usurping Parents' rightful authority to rear their children as they see fit
  • Opposing School Choice, denying or making it more difficult for parents to exercise their right to rear their children as they see fit

    • Childhood is a time of joy and innocence, and this should be an absolute right for all our children. They become adults soon enough, and childhood is a time to be cherished
    • Innocence is a form of right allowing children to grow up free of adult concerns and to mature at their own pace
    • Young people have the right of innocence and of being allowed to grow up free of adult concerns, to be allowed to mature at their own rate, not forced upon by activists
    • Premature sexualization of children exposes children to the risk of psychological damage and emotional, developmental and physical or sexual harm
    • Sexualization encourages a view of women as sexual objects to be valued primarily for their appearance and sexual availability or willingness
    • Low self esteem and problems with self image and emotional development are the result of premature sexualization

  • Attracting children and adolescents into sexual lifestyles - not for their benefit, but for the benefit of sexual predators
  • Exposing children and adolescents to an environment where sexual predators can have access to them
  • Presuming "on behalf of all of us" that everybody is (or should be) LGBT, thereby justifying inappropriate indoctrination and grooming of children into LGBT roles
• Powerful Teachers Unions prioritized their convenience over the needs of children, and of parents who were required to make other arrangements for their children when schools were closed. Parents are leaving public schools in droves to alternatives that provide better education for their children ^[52]
• LGBT activists have no problem canceling businesses (e.g., cake decorators) but insist that everybody celebrate and affirm their promiscuous lifestyle. When was the last time that LGBT persons celebrated and affirmed Christians?
• LGBT activists pervert the message of their opponents. Attempts to distort, twist and misrepresent an opponent's message is obvious to neutral observers, and erode their trust in activists ^{[32], [49], [62]}. Nobody is taking aim at LGBT students and we all know it ^[33]. We're protecting our children from indoctrination and grooming with which we strongly disagree, and for which we have a rock-solid sound basis for our stand.
• Social Engineering and LGBT activists believe they have the moral authority to take the rearing of children away from their parents. They view themselves as more trustworthy than parents ^{[34], [61]}. They are wrong. They're free to rear their children the way they want, and so are we.
• LGBT is a religion, not a right. A politically activist court incorrectly conferred LGBT to be a right; when future Constitutional courts reconsider this decision, LGBT will be correctly recognized as a religion, not a right.

Liberal Left Democrat activists have come to feel a sense of entitlement toward other peoples' children. Schools should teach young kids about the A-B-Cs - not S-E-X, C-R-T, S-E-L, D-E-I, B-L-M, ... ^[49].

The Liberal Left wants us to believe that they are the ones that are normal. Our kids need NONE of this:

Today just 28% of Americans trust the public school system. Those who can flee are doing so. Those who are trapped are looking to their legislators to provide school choice to free them ^{[9], [52]}

CONTROL MUST RETURN TO PARENTS

Unions, boards, administrators, counselors and teachers have proven untrustworthy and unaccountable. Evidence has shown any individual can impose their own personal politics, perverted values and morals on their pupils and hide their actions from parents ^{[61], [63], [65], [66], [72], [73]}. Unions, boards and associations keep dossiers and collect opposition research on parents who exercise their constitutional right of free speech, and collude with the Democrat White House, DOJ, DOE, Homeland Security and other agencies to label parents Domestic Terrorists ^{[68], [69], [70], [71]}. School culture must radically change to become totally transparent and accountable to parents.

• Past deceptions and lies must be replaced with plain language descriptions of educational content and direction
• Schools must provide parents full, unannounced access to visit classes and clubs
• Schools must provide parents clear unambiguous prior disclosure of every proposed social engineering or sexual instruction - and - require that parents explicitly opt-in their child in writing before their child receive each instruction
• If a school or school personnel fail to perform any of these requirements parents must be permitted to bring a civil action for injunctive relief

Finally, the Biden administration is attempting to withhold school lunch money from schools that do not provide social engineering and perverted sexual instruction to students ^[10]. This illegal initiative too must be stopped.

UNIVERSAL SCHOOL CHOICE IS NEEDED - HERE'S WHY

1. School is about CHILDREN - not Teachers, LGBT predators, or Political activists
2. Pouring more money into public schools is not the answer, and never has been ^[29]
3. Choice allows schools to compete on their merits - not a captive audience
4. Choice results in academic competition - to deliver the best result for our children
5. Choice results in financial competition - eliminating runaway free-for-all unaccountable spending
6. Choice gets our children out of failing schools that focus on social engineering and sexual grooming over education
7. Choice gets our children into schools that teach life skills like reading/writing/math/science, and into Trade Schools that give them hands-on job-skill-based training

CHILDREN MUST BE PROTECTED FROM WHAT THEY DO NOT YET COMPREHEND

Children assume that teachers are trustworthy and can be relied on to provide appropriate, relevant instruction. Children have no way to know when a person in a position of authority has violated that trust, even to the point of being told that they should trust the teacher and NOT their parent - and that they should deceive and lie to parents. Psychologists have long known that children do not yet have the mature brain capacity to assess and understand the full consequences of daily decisions made by adults, let alone the ability to understand their bodies’ sexual functions.

For this reason, broad restrictions are placed on children. They cannot purchase alcohol, cigarettes, firearms, a house, get a tattoo, or cough syrup over the counter. They cannot enter a bar or casino, report for jury duty, rent an apartment, go to an R-rated movie, and much more. The school nurse cannot give a child an aspirin without parental consent. We don't even let our children pick the food they eat. If we did they would choose candy, soda and ice cream.

Yet kids, without the knowledge or consent of their parents, are now being exposed to pornography and illicit behaviors by predatory educators, and are being given lifetime altering irreversible therapies and surgeries - at taxpayer expense ^[11]. It is up to adults to protect children from what they do not yet comprehend.

Today scores of adults are thankful that their parents didn't have them injected with dangerous chemicals or have their private parts hacked-off when they happened to show a passing interest in being a tomboy, or playing with dolls ^[62]. The parents who DID support "affirmation" of their "gender dysphoria" are suffering the consequences ^[64].

RED FLAGS FOR OUR CHILDREN

It's time to use a tool from the Liberal Left toolbox to combat the social engineering and sexualization of our children. Red Flag Laws are needed to detect and remove persons from our Education system who would impose their own political activist wills and their perverted sexual ideas on our impressionable children. Anybody in a position of authority or influence over minors including teachers, counselors, administrators, board members, associations, politicians (superintendent of schools, legislators, district attorneys, governors, presidents), judicial personnel at all levels, entertainment venues, educational material developers and publishers (book, web site, video, movie), and LGBT activists must be screened and monitored for red flags ^{[13], [15]}. Screening must include social media, participation in events, and reports from the public and parents ^[14]. Screening and monitoring must be for detection of persons who participate in, promote or suggest child sexualization activities of any kind. These indoctrinators and predators should be prohibited from having ANY contact or influence with the education or influence of minors, and prohibited from residing within 500 feet of schools. Those who persist should be registered as Domestic Terrorists and issued “extreme risk protection orders” ^{[13], [61], [63], [66], [73]}.

This should not be confused with legitimate instruction that minors should receive to be aware of and cautioned about such as people touching their private parts, offering them candy, drugs or other enticement, exposing themselves, or trying to get them into their car.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Despite stated intentions, the mission of the Liberal Left has nothing to do with compassion, helping, building up or affirming anybody.

As stated at the top of this web page, the goal is to tear down America - its traditions, core values, families, and the nurturing of children.

Due to the inaction of decent, trusting people they are succeeding.
    Decent, trusting people have now been awakened.
        Things will now change.

Check your state ^[53] - it may support school choice, vouchers, or have tuition tax credits ^{[21], [56]} to help defray the expense of educating children.

• Research shows that school choice results in students excelling academically, graduation rates and college enrollment, safety and character. And it does this at a fraction of the cost because school choice puts the decision on how a parent spends money educating their child in the hand of the parents, not a bureaucrat. ^[54]
• Ask your children what is being taught in their classes. If they participate in classes at home via computer, watch what they are being taught.
• Ask your children to bring surveys home before they fill them out. Examine the kind of private information being requested, and challenge administrators to provide the reasons the information is required.
• Find out from your child when social engineering and LGBT sexualization topics are scheduled. Visit your child's classrooms - listen to what is being taught - document with video recording and post online.
• Demand from your school that they have a policy of providing clear and unambiguous descriptions of any social engineering or sexualization topic, or surveys planned for your children, then of requiring written opt-in from the parent or guardian before their child is given the instruction or survey for EACH occurrence of any of the following

But in the hands of political activists they are twisted into inappropriate and divisive instruction. You MUST learn exactly what the topic includes

• Follow-up by "surprise" attendance at these sessions to validate that the school's disclosure was accurate
• Attend LGBT and GSA sex club meetings - to see what is being discussed - document with video recording and post online
• Attend school board meetings and express concerns you have with the quality and appropriateness of your child's instruction
• Schools may refuse some of your requests. If that is the case, move on to working with your State Legislature as described below to ensure parental rights are passed into State law.
• Seek injunctive relief from individuals involved as well as the organization if:
• Your child has been traumatized by school sexualization or social engineering activities
• Your child has been exposed to sex, sexual expression, gender, gender identity or other graphic information without your consent
• Your child has been told not to tell you about sexual indoctrination and grooming activities at school
• Your child has been encouraged to attend a school sex club (LBGT, GSA, etc.) or given information to access a LGBT Sex Chat Room ^[22]
• Vote "no" on ballot propositions to fund libraries if they contain social engineering or LGBT books ^57]

Neighborhood

• Initiate or participate in an online neighborhood watch application such as Nextdoor ^[23]. Team with other parents to share information on the application
• Team with other parents to share the workload visiting classrooms and sex club meetings
• Become an activist for your children. Visit school boards and advocate for your children
• Enlist other parents to attend school board meetings with you. Listen to concerns expressed by parents, then listen very carefully to the answers given by board members. When things don't sound quite right, make plans to visit classrooms to see what is really going on for yourself. Here's an example of why you need to do this:

  Jill, a mother of two in the [Scottsdale, Arizona Unified School] District, first learned of the GSA Club when her young child came home from their first day Desert Mountain High School and informed her that there was a sexuality club.

  “I thought ... “Why is Scottsdale Unified School District promoting a “sexuality” club to my 14-year-old kid?” Honestly, I thought it was a joke, said Jill. “I really didn’t know what to do, so I started by visiting the Scottsdale Unified School District website and submitted a question asking the school to please verify if this sexuality club really existed.”

  “To my surprise, I was invited to have a phone call with the principal who confirmed that the school does have a Genders Sexuality Alliance which she framed as a mere support group for LBGTQ+ kids. Who couldn’t get on board with that? I could have stopped there and accepted that answer, but something didn’t sit right. There was a lack of details in the principal’s response. I wanted to know: What was the clubs’ goals? What was the curriculum? So, I kept asking questions.”

  “Ultimately, 4 months later, I was finally connected to the teacher who leads the Genders Sexuality Alliance club at Desert Mountain High School, and she informed me in writing that the programming she used to lead the club was called GLSEN, which was an organization I had never heard of. So, I spent some time reviewing their website and I was shocked. The GLSEN programming is not about support, it’s a bigoted ideology and a full sexualized indoctrination of our kids.”

  Sexualizing students is only half of what parents and educators find problematic with the GLSEN agenda.

  “Here’s a quote directly from the GLSEN website directing teachers on how to implement GLSEN indoctrination: Quote “If you’re discussing gender identity, talk about the gender binary as a white supremacist concept,” explained Jill.

  “GLSEN also directly asks kids to commit to the abolishment of police and promotes and frames policing as a white supremacist concept. GLSEN also promotes the idea of white supremacy as a leading cause for LGBTQ+ issues.” ^[24]

  ^{[24], [25]}. When you have issues that need to be addressed, speak at the meeting.

Legislative

• Become an activist for your children. Get involved with your State legislators - especially those who support your goals - it's not as hard as you think! Legislators actually listen to individual citizen input about issues with which they are concerned.
• Advocate for universal School Choice [also known as Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)] for EVERY child K-12 ^{[44], [47], [48]}
• Advocate for Red Flag laws as described above, with the power for the State to remove individuals so identified from participation in any instruction in schools
• Advocate for review and approval of all instruction material for inappropriate sexual or political content. Ensure your state has a list of approved, and disallowed, materials ^{[26], [27], [28]}
• Prohibit tax dollars from being spent on contracts or purchases, or from being sent to organizations that support social engineering or sexualization of children including:
• National Education Association (NEA)
• Teachers Unions
• National School Board Association (NSBA)
• LGBT advocate organizations including GLSEN, ...
• Guest speakers and "experts", either live or virtual
• Providers of books, applications, online content or other instruction materials
• Libraries that contain social engineering or LGBT books ^57]
• Support your federal legislators in the abolishment of the Department of Education, as was proposed decades ago by President Reagan ^[55]. In the meantime, work with your State legislator to block all curriculum influence of the federal Department of Education.
• Work with your legislator to aggressively pass laws to re-take State rights that have been taken away by improper Federal interventions, including:
• Full control of Education by the State
• Prohibit cancellation of businesses (e.g., cake decorators) who refuse to support LGBT "weddings", or businesses that refuse to serve police officers ^[58]
• Prohibit cancellation of business services (e.g., banking) who voice concerns with LGBT activism
• Prohibit operation of Television Services (e.g., DirecTV, Dish, Verizon, COX, etc.) who cancel conservative outlets and provide unbalanced propaganda services
• Full control of Elections by State Legislatures
• Mandate that schools separate sports, bathrooms, locker rooms, showers and sleeping quarters based on the biological sex of the participants
• Create a Parents' Bill of Rights similar to SB776 under consideration in Missouri, HB 2161 and HB 2439 in Arizona, HB 755 in North Carolina, and other states where no school district could deny a parent or guardian of a minor child certain rights ^{[30], [45], [46]}
• right of parents to direct the upbringing, education, health care and mental health of their children.
• ability to fully review the curricula, books, and other educational materials used
• ability to access information on third party individuals and organizations that receive contracts
• right to visit their child at school during school hours
• right to access all records generated by the school that concern their child
• ability to access information pertaining to the collection and transmission of data regarding their child
• right to be heard at school board meetings
• right to be notified of situations affecting the safety of their child at school
• right to receive full unambiguous description of any instruction related to social engineering or sex prior to it being given, and only if explicitly opted-in in writing by the parent or guarding shall the instruction be taught to their child
• right to receive full unambiguous description of any surveys to be taken, and only if explicitly opted-in in writing by the parent or guardian shall the survey be given to their child
• right to object to certain materials that the parent finds inappropriate to be taught to their child

Under the proposed bills any person denied one of these rights may bring a civil action for injunctive relief from any organization, board, administrator, counselor, educator, guest speaker or teacher ^[59]. Further, the attorney general may also bring a civil action for injunctive relief. If a school district is found to have violated the act, the State Department of Education may withhold up to fifty percent of the state aid for the district.

A Parental Rights fund would also be established to collect funds arising from penalties, and would be used for the furtherance of parental rights.
• Require that the GSA and other sex club names be spelled out unambiguously on club lists (e.g., Gay-Straight Alliance) so that it is clear the sexual nature of the club, and in this case that the club is not a Girl Scouts of America club

Play their own game

• If your school plays along with the GLSEN-driven plan of children adopting new names and to drop their "dead names", then demand that your school administrators permit your child to pick a name of their choosing as well - maybe reflecting people in entertainment, sports or aviator names that they admire like Princess, Star, Scooby-Doo, Darth Vader, Rambo, Maverick, Goose, Beyonce, Whoopi, Taylor, Queen, Lebron, Stephan, Kobe, Chappie, Chuck, Cobra, Flyboy/Flygirl, Doc, Buddy, Peachy, Elvis, Arethra, Celine, Dolly, Whitney, Madonna, Adele, Dian, Tina and more
• If your school allows or requires teachers to use the pronoun of a transgender student's choice, then demand that your child be permitted to choose the pronoun of their choice as well. Choices might include "Your Excellency", "Honorable", "Chief", "Princess", "Boss", and more.
