The answer to every question is False.

Sorry men, but Life Isn't Fair. You were born with Testosterone, which gives you a propensity for dominance, aggression, forcefulness, strength, courage, independence, leadership, and assertiveness. Machismo is a form of your masculinity that emphasizes power and is often associated with a disregard for consequences and responsibility [3]. This can lead to you disregarding societal rules, resulting in your commission of a crime. Male characteristics play an especially strong role with respect to sex crimes. In the animal kingdom the same testosterone plays a role with males also; in may species males fight to the death (or, crippling injury leading to death) over the right to mate with females.

Women, born with Estrogen, are given a propensity for nurturance, sensitivity, sweetness, supportiveness, gentleness, warmth, passivity, cooperativeness, expressiveness, modesty, humility, empathy, affection, tenderness, being emotional, kind, helpful, devoted, and understanding [4].

The message for men? If you do the crime, you do the time. You know the rules - you choose to ignore them - a jury of your peers finds you guilty - you reap the consequence. That part is fair - perhaps your inborn nature isn't fair - but that isn't going to change. You have to decide to put in the extra effort to control some of the inborn characteristics that put you at a disadvantage.

Racial differences in incarceration rates - still fair - require additional details, discussion and examples - close this window and continue.

DATA VS. INFORMATION

Liberal Left Democrats love to point out the proportionally higher incarceration rates of Blacks. They then immediately jump to the unsupported conclusion that Systemic Racism is the cause. This fuels their unsupported narrative that keeps the Black community angry, feeling discriminated, helpless, hopeless, Victims.

But Racism has nothing to do with it. A world-renowned expert on Racism and Family relations got it right:

Remarks by Future President Barack Obama at the Apostolic Church of God, Chicago, June 15, 2008 and confirmed by Dr. Alvin Poussaint, Harvard Medical School

Liberal Left Democrats implemented Government programs that incentivized fathers to be absent from the home. In addition, at low income housing facilities they forced the removal of Security and Police presence, claiming that it intimidated and infringed on the "freedoms" of activities including gangs and drugs. Thus, in the very place where kids needed safe, positive environments and role models the kids were exposed to greater risk.
